Job Description

We are currently recruiting telesales as part of our push for expansion. Ross Office Supplies is now part of a UK wide company with over £60 million turnover and is expanding rapidly. We are looking for motivated and money driven individuals, ideally with experience but possibly at the start of their career to join us.

These are new roles so initially the candidate will be expected to generate new business from local companies through cold calling. However, each of our telesales retains every account they open which means they get the benefit of all ongoing sales each month from them. As a result not only will you need to have the ability to open new accounts but you must have strong customer service skills in order to retain and gain more business from those accounts as you get to identify their needs.

This is a true sales role and is not suitable for order takers.

Are you:

  • Highly motivated.
  • Confident.
  • Eloquent with a very good telephone manner.
  • Have good administration skills.
  • Strong B2B experience.
  • Can work on your own initiative.
  • Capable of creating your own promotions.
  • Fair mathematical skills.
  • Computer literate - spreadsheet and word processing.
  • Reliable, punctual.

We offer good basics with high open ended commissions and OTE in the first year is circa £25-30K. Our top earners consistently earn in excess of £60k pa
